About Us IE Music was founded by three college students--Carlos Garcia, Frank Sanchez, and Bryan Wade. They graduated from Santiago High School in 2005 and are musicians or former musicians who understand the needs of band students. It was their idea to create a company called Inland Empire Music or IE Music. Their dream was to provide students with the items they needed at an affordable price. They also wanted to some day give back to their community by providing a discount to the schools or to have a place where students could come and play music, especially jazz.
